Vision, Mission & Values

The school’s overarching vision is an empowered community of individuals and families with the will and skills to reach their full potential. The mission of LINC Academies is to transform lives and communities by equipping students to learn to lead, so they may imagine and create a future full of possibilities.

LINC Academy has adopted four core values that are aligned with our vision and mission. These are: learn to lead, imagine the future, navigate the way, and change the world.

• Our Students will: Develop leadership skills that will build confidence, a sense of social-emotional well-being, and authentic engagement. Our students will feel empowered to make educated and confident choices that are informed by a curated environment fit for their needs.
• Our Teachers will: Promote a sense of independence and self-efficacy for all of our students in all they do. We are committed to providing stimulated curiosity and meaning-making inside and outside of the classroom.

• Our Students will: Plan for their future by acknowledging challenges and devising a pathway for their goals and unique interests.
• Our Teachers will: Define the needs, goals, and strengths of each child we serve, so every student can feel comfortable growing, and develop a love of learning.
